  I've had a very positive living experience in the Park Charles. For an apartment complex in downtown Baltimore, the location is great. Restricted key entry and big rooms. Price is definitely the selling point here. The apartments themselves are clean and spacious but you don't find unnecessary amenities (no stainless steel or marble floors) that can drive up the price of your rental. You can get a decent view on a high floor and the maintenance staff is very good, and many of them live in the building so if you have a problem on a holiday (we did once) they are right there to help out. They do organize some community events for those who want them and there is parking underneath the building (5 floors) which have elevators right up to your room. If you can find a roommate, 2 br apartments are probably the best deal here. Grocery across the plaza, wine store too. Brick Bodies Gym as well. Sushi across the street and 4 blocks down to the Inner Harbor. This is a great place to live.
